Couture is open to the trade and complimentary attendance is permitted to qualified retail jewelers only. Badges will be mailed to US retailers starting on May 9. If you do not receive your badge in the mail, bring your confirmation page with and pick up your badge onsite.

Please watch your inbox for your confirmation email! Simply click on the link in your confirmation email or have your Express Registration ID from your email handy.

If you have received an invitation from us in the mail or via fax, please have your Express Registration ID. You will need this number to look up your qualifying information and to expedite your registration.

CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS
Changes and corrections must be made in writing. Submit them by email to couture2008@badgeguys.com or by fax to 972.395.1463. Changes must be received by April 28. If you need to cancel your registration, see below.

Please note, to pick up your badge holder and show directory you will need to present a current photo ID along with a personalized business card under the company name for which you are registered.

SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit cancellations in writing by April 28, 2008. You may transfer your complete registration package to another person without penalty any time prior to the deadline (see Corrections and Changes).

If you must cancel a registration completely, please do so in writing to couture08@badgeguys.com or by fax to 972.395.1463.

If you have not attended a Couture event or received an invitation from us, you will need the following documentation to qualify for attendance:

Personalized business card with your name and business address
Photo identification matching the name on the business card
Copy of store lease
Copy of a retail business license or sales tax certificate

Please note that Couture is not open to:
Non-exhibiting manufacturers or designers
Loose stone dealers
Jewelers operating out of their homes
The general public
Children under 16

Couture reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone not adhering to the above qualifications.
